Job Crafting (the "Service") is an AI-powered resume building tool. An AI interviewer helps users uncover their experiences and strengths through conversation, enabling them to create authentic resumes.
2. Service Provider
This service is operated by unfold-ing, a sole proprietorship based in South Korea. Payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 14 years of age.
- A Google account is required to use the Service.
4. Service Plans
- Free (BYOK): Users connect their own Gemini API key. API usage costs are billed by Google AI Studio.
- Subscription (Paid): Monthly ($3.99/month) or Quarterly ($8.99/3 months) plans. No API key required. Payments are automatically recurring through Paddle.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel before the renewal date to stop future charges.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All prices are in USD.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of subscription start, no questions asked.
- To request a refund, contact new.wave.studio.kr@gmail.com or use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
- After a refund, service access will be terminated immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
7. User Data
- Uploaded files and JD data belong to the user's account.
- We use your data only for AI analysis and do not sell it to third parties.

8. Limitations of AI Analysis
- AI analysis results are for reference only. Final decisions are the user's responsibility.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- Users should review and verify all content before using it in resumes.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Service with another person's identity or personal information.
- Circumventing or interfering with security measures.
- Automated mass requests or abuse of the Service.
10. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. Paid subscribers will receive a refund for any remaining subscription period if the Service is terminated.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for employment outcomes resulting from use of AI analysis.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
13. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect.

1. 서비스 개요
Job Crafting(이하 "서비스")은 AI 인터뷰어를 활용한 이력서 작성 도구입니다. 사용자의 경험과 강점을 대화를 통해 끌어내고, 이를 바탕으로 자기다운 이력서를 작성할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
2. 서비스 제공자
이 서비스는 unfold-ing(대한민국 소재 개인사업자)이 운영합니다. 결제는 Paddle.com(결제 대행사, Merchant of Record)을 통해 처리됩니다.
3. 이용 자격
- 만 14세 이상의 개인이 이용할 수 있습니다.
- Google 계정으로 로그인해야 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
4. 서비스 이용 방식
- 무료(BYOK): 사용자가 직접 Gemini API 키를 연결하여 사용합니다. API 사용 비용은 사용자의 Google AI Studio 과금 기준에 따릅니다.
- 구독(유료): 월간($3.99/월) 또는 3개월($8.99/3개월) 구독으로 API 키 없이 바로 사용합니다. 결제는 Paddle을 통해 자동 반복 청구됩니다.
5. 구독 및 결제
- 구독은 선택한 기간(월간 또는 3개월) 단위로 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 갱신일 전에 구독을 취소하면 다음 결제일부터 청구가 중단됩니다.
- 구독 취소 후에도 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 모든 가격은 USD 기준이며, 결제 시점의 환율이 적용됩니다.
6. 환불 정책
구독 시작일로부터 14일 이내에 환불을 요청하시면 전액 환불해드립니다. 별도의 사유나 조건 없이 환불이 가능합니다.
- 환불 요청은 new.wave.studio.kr@gmail.com으로 문의하거나 Paddle 영수증 이메일의 구독 관리 링크를 통해 가능합니다.
- 결제는 Paddle이 Merchant of Record로서 처리하므로, 환불도 Paddle을 통해 진행됩니다.
- 환불 처리 후 서비스 접근은 즉시 또는 현재 결제 기간 종료 시 중단됩니다.
7. 사용자 데이터
- 업로드한 이력 파일과 입력한 JD는 사용자 계정에 귀속됩니다.
- 서비스는 사용자 데이터를 AI 분석 목적으로만 사용하며, 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

8. AI 분석 결과의 한계
- AI 분석 결과는 참고 자료이며, 최종 판단은 사용자의 책임입니다.
- AI가 생성한 내용의 정확성을 서비스가 보증하지 않습니다.
- 이력서 작성 시 사용자 본인이 내용을 검토하고 확인해야 합니다.
9. 금지 행위
- 타인의 개인정보를 도용하여 서비스를 이용하는 행위
- 서비스의 기술적 보안 장치를 우회하거나 방해하는 행위
- 자동화 도구를 이용한 대량 요청 또는 서비스 남용
10. 서비스 변경 및 중단
서비스 제공자는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요 변경 사항은 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 사전 안내합니다. 서비스 중단 시 유료 구독자에게는 남은 기간에 대해 환불합니다.
11. 면책 사항
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. AI 분석 결과를 활용한 취업 결과에 대해 서비스는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
12. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서비스 제공자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.
13. 약관 변경
이 약관은 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전에 공지합니다.
